You vanquish all others. A good song pivots you. Opens a world, deepens your love. It echoes your soul. I can’t write songs so I made this.
A blend of named and unnamed varietals. Robustly aromatic with intense, bright fruit. Nose is dominated by baked apple and clove. A reminder of cool fall evenings. Gentle suggestion of sweetness. Fermented in an oak vat then 50% aged in French oak barrels for five months.
