WINEMAKING NOTE:
The grapes for this wine were grown in the St. David’s Bench sub appellation. The fruit was hand harvested, processed and then aged in neutral French Oak barrels for six months.
TASTING NOTE:
This wine has a vibrant straw colour. The nose shows ripe TROPICAL fruits, including honeydew and pineapple. Lemon meringue and subtle oak spice are also present. The mouth exhibits a blanketing viscous texture, with flavours of pineapple and lychee. Low acids complemented with a baking spice finish, make this wine an approachable crowd pleaser.
PAIRING:
This vacation in a bottle pairs well with sun dresses, big hats, patios and good times. Palm tree not included.
