A strong ruby colour in the center of the glass. This shifts to brick on the edges. Vibrant throughout. The nose shows intense sour cherry, raspberry crumble and subtle notes of cedar forest. Soft tannin, cherry, black currant and hints of mushroom, work in concert with one- another on the plate.
ABV: 12%
RS: 2.4 g/L
Oak Aging: 14 months in 10% new French oak.
