This light to medium-bodied Pinot Noir is charming in its youth! Raspberry, crimson in colour, it is bright and cheery. The clean acidity allows the back of the palate to give just a hint of pomegranate, while the tannins give a little bit of texture. Easy to drink! The nose is delicate like a rose blooming on a spring day ( whenever that should come). Pairs well with Paella, Pan-seared cod and Ricotta Rigatoni.
