We love, love, love, this wine!! Unoaked, but bursting with character! Visually, this wine has a colour similar to that of parchment paper … like a map for buried treasure. With an ABV of 13.9% this wine fills the nostrils with a comforting warmth. It’s reassuring and familiar, like a toddler’s blankie. …like a toddler feels about their blankie. Please don’t make this weird. On the palate there are flavours of lime, some banana and lots of acidity (did not go through malolactic ferment). The mouth exhibits a Goldilocks viscosity. Just right.

Oak Aging: No Oak. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
