This is a white wine that has been made from black grapes. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir. Zero skin contact. Pale peach in colour. The nose shows baking spice, maraschino cherry and nectarine. This wine has a lean and light mouth feel. Baking spice is noticeable on the palette, with uplifting minerality. Fermented in neutral oak barrels for 5 months. This wine went through full malolactic fermentation.
ABV: 13.0%
RS: 2 g/L
Oak Aging: Neutral oak for 5 months.
