This is a single vineyard, unfined and unfiltered Pinot Noir. Pale and translucent, with a ruby hue. Light bodied, delicate and nuanced, like your mom. Despite being a bone-dry wine, it comes across as juicy … “and if you don’t know, now you know, sipper.” Juicy, with flavours of red cherry, strawberry and red current. Notes of wet stone and forest floor, further add to this well-timed symphony of the senses. The wines acids and course tannins, suggest that it would benefit from being laid down for a while. Harness its power and the world could be yours.
