This is an unoaked Pinot Gris that is pale peach in colour. Cold settled, then racked to tank. The nose is subtle and exhibits citrus and green apple. A light bodied wine that is dry, with refreshing acidity. The dominant flavours are pear and green apple. Extremely food friendly, especially with seafood, salad and mild cheeses. Only 190 cases produced.

Oak Aging: No Oak. Stainless Steel Tank.
