Peach-pink in colour, as is the tradition in Provence. This delicate, dry rose is bursting with fruit both on the nose and palate. Vibrant cherry and strawberry are immediately present on the nose which then translates to tangerine, grapefruit and fresh watermelon at the forefront of the palate. mmmm, refreshing acidity. Pairs well with patios, sunsets and spicy food.
