Single vineyard, unfined and unfiltered. A beautiful champagne yellow colour. Aromas of vanilla, baking spice and a touch of lemon zest. This wine has a slightly creamy mouth feel, that blankets the gums and tongue. Flavours of apple pie, lemon drop, nutmeg and brown sugar. In a word, yum!
