True to the varietal name, this wine has a straw like appearance, with grey undertones. Mint and minerality can be found on the nose, as well as traces of eucalyptus, supported by a floral backbone. This wine is light bodied and uplifting, with flavours of lemon and lime. A lubricative mouth feel, typical of the varietal.
